I just purchased a course from you a moment ago and realized that my email is incorrect. Is there a way to update it for further communication?
Yes, You can change your email from you account.
After login go to “Profile” tab (top right corner). Here you see your profile information.
After that go to “Settings” options then “General” tab. Here you see “Email address” input box. Put your new email and save changes.

I purchased the child support course; it was around the time the site got shut down and it didn’t have any information about the course expiration.
I had an active case for child support (first proceedings) and then I purchased the course. I had questions that didn’t get answered in enough time following my proceedings, the site was down and the literature seemed geared toward cases that were closed or already had judgements. I did get all my paperwork in and I study it and know it to be true.
In short the actor judge of the case asked me if I had anything to say and I asked her have she received my documents and she said what I was doing was illegal and order me to pay child support. Then I didn’t know what to do from there and the clerk sent all my documents back saying I need to upload them through a portal.
I took off weeks because I drive over the road and I had to get back to work.
What do I do?

yes I paid a $997 and have received no remedy for response and did the process as instructed and was told in video to read at less ten time, however was never given the chance to read six times.
